Thrift Store Challenge

Here is a doll made also with the silver doll-ers doll club for a Thirft store challenge. We had to go to 4 thrift stores and we could only spend 20 min in eas store and only $20.00 total for the day. Then we had to use whatever we bought to make a doll. Here is my version.

Parts challenge

Here is my doll from the part challenge held with the Silver doll-ers doll club in Las Vegas. We each got different type & size body parts and had to make a doll from them. I made "Throught the Looking Glass" which one a prize.

More Dolls

Here are some more dolls. There were some of the first art dolls that I tried. They are all made from a group of 7 lampshades that I found. I thought they looked like a good base and so I tried to make a different doll for each one out of some type of material. They are made from, leather, rope, feathers, coins, lace, paper mache & corn husk.

They were a lot of fun to make, hope you enjoy looking at them!
